Inteacosmetics shipments are made from Spain (Europe).
The products offered on the website will only be shipped to:
Spain: Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands
International:
• Zone A: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland.
• Zone B: Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Serbia, Turkey.
• Zone C: Aruba, Barbados, Canada, Mexico, Dominican Republic.
We do not ship outside the delivery zones mentioned.
Depending on the country of purchase or the destination of your order, you will have the option to choose the shipping method that best suits your needs, whether based on price or speed. Once you have made your selection, you will see the corresponding shipping information.
We offer two shipping options (with some exceptions): standard mail through the national postal service and express shipping via DHL (courier service).
After payment confirmation, we strive to ship your order within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, promotional periods, national holidays in our country, and unexpectedly busy periods). Please note that orders placed after 1 PM (UTC+00:00) on Friday are unlikely to ship before Monday or Tuesday.
Should any concerns arise regarding your order (shipping delay, incorrect delivery address, product specifications, out-of-stock items, etc.), we will contact you via email.
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address you provided on your order form.
We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect or if it is corrected after shipment. If you wish to change or correct your shipping address, please refer to the relevant sections.
Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, the weight, and the destination of your order. The best way to check delivery costs is to add the items you want to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Selecting your delivery option and entering your address will automatically update the delivery price.
Please note that if you edit your order or add more items (only possible if your order hasn't been shipped yet), the delivery price may change.
Some exceptions may apply for exceptionally heavy orders. Since shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method, weight, and destination, heavier packages will naturally be more expensive to ship. The same applies to shipments to remote countries (measured from the country we ship from).
Please remember that even with free shipping, you still need to choose your preferred delivery method.
At Inteacosmetics, all shipping materials (boxes, labels, tape, bubble wrap) are included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking:
After placing an order, you will receive an email with all your purchase details. If you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder, as your email server may have redirected it there.
After your order is shipped, you will receive another email with shipping details, such as the tracking number, expected delivery date, a link to the tracking website, and any other relevant information.
It's possible that tracking your order online may not yield any results at the time the shipping confirmation email is sent. After receiving the shipping confirmation email, it may take some time for the tracking status to appear on the tracking website.
Duties and Taxes:
Depending on your delivery country, different tax rules and additional charges may apply. If you are shipping items to a country outside the European Union (please tick here which countries are EU members), you may be required to pay import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon receipt of the goods.
For countries outside the European Union, orders may be randomly selected for scanning by customs. Most items are not subject to tax; however, packages may be randomly selected for inspection. This review may result in the imposition of taxes and delivery delays. The tax is the responsibility of the Customs office in the destination country. We cannot know in advance whether this process will occur, so we cannot warn you when you place an order. If this happens, we will contact you to pay the taxes. If you refuse to do so, your order will be returned to us.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information, as customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We have no control over these charges, which is why we cannot advise on their exact amount. You will be responsible for paying any additional fees, as the price you pay to inteacosmetics excludes all relevant import duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must pay these directly to the carrier to clear your order through customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
We fulfill our customers' orders, assuming that they have all the necessary information regarding their country's import taxes and regulations at the time of purchase.
