Shopping in our store is very quick and easy. Just follow these 3 steps:
You can also place orders by phone, WhatsApp, or email if you are already a customer; otherwise, you must provide us with all the necessary information to process your order.
1. SELECT PRODUCTS
To select or search for a product, you can directly access the search bar at the top of the store and type in the product name or keywords. The search engine will automatically display the main options related to your search. You can click on one to be taken to the product or the selected range or category.
You can also access and click on the main menu. Choose the type of product or range you want by clicking on the corresponding category or product . Once open, you can see all its features, functions, instructions for use, and customer reviews.
Once you have chosen the product you wish to purchase , click the " Add to Cart " button. It will then reappear with its unit price and an indication of the number of units you want. You can add as many products as you like. You can also remove one or more products. Each time you add or remove a product, the total amount of your order will be recalculated.
2. CONFIRM ORDER
Go to the shopping cart, either by clicking the icon at the bottom or the one at the top right to see the contents of your cart and if it is correct, accept and move on to the next step.
3. FILL IN PERSONAL AND SHIPPING DETAILS
PERSONAL DATA
If you are already a customer, select LOG IN, enter your email and password. If you do not remember your password, click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD and follow the steps to recover it.
If you are not a customer, click GUEST and you can place a quick order without registering by entering only the information needed to complete your shipment. You can also REGISTER if you wish .
If you have an account and are logged in when placing your order, you'll be able to order faster, as all the required information will be completed on the checkout page. With an account, you can view all your account information, edit it, view past orders, check order status, track shipments, view invoices, and much more. Remember to make sure you're logged in when placing your order; otherwise, the order you placed while logged out won't appear in your account information.
After logging in, you can view your order status. Please note that after shipment, your order will be marked as "Completed" on our website, as it has been successfully placed and shipped. However, this does not necessarily mean that the order has already been delivered to the recipient. You can find more detailed information about your package after shipment on the tracking page (if applicable).

DIRECTIONS
You will need to confirm your address (billing and shipping, if different). If you wish to provide a different billing address, select + Add Billing Address.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete address may result in the package being returned, incurring additional costs that will be the customer's responsibility. Therefore, we recommend that customers always ensure the delivery address provided when placing an order is complete and accurate. If you wish to correct or change the address, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably providing the correct address immediately.

From here you will see the main payment options available for your country (we offer several methods). Choose one and follow the instructions that appear until you complete the payment process.

Once your payment has been processed and verified, you will receive an email confirming your order and registering it in our system with your order number and other details . Remember to always check your spam folder, as sometimes your email system may redirect it there.
